The Poster Session will take place in the Sirius’ Experimental Hall.

Guidelines for poster presentation:

  • Posters must be 120 cm high and 90 cm wide, with strings to hang it;
  • Posters must be written in English;
  • The presenters must stand by their poster during the assigned period to be eligible for receiving the presentation certificate.

The posters may be placed at your earliest convenience. If necessary, support from our staff will be available at the following periods:

  • On November 5th, during Reception and Registration (08:00 to 09:00) and at the Coffee Breaks (10:45 to 11:15).

We’ll have one poster session divided into two groups during the event on November 5th.
