Poster Presentation

  • Documents and posters can be written in English, Spanish and Portuguese;
  • The presenters must stand by their poster during the assigned period to be eligible for receiving the presentation certificate;
  • Posters must be printed 120 cm high and 90 cm wide, with strings – they will be held by a tripod (See the panel structure);
  • Please bring your printed poster with you to the registration desk on the morning of 5th november;
  • We provide a poster template for presentations. Its use is optional.

Oral Presentation

  • Presentations will be live, including questions, and can be done in Portuguese, Spanish and English;
  • Depending on the number of abstracts submitted for oral presentation, the scientific committee may select a subset that best fits within the meeting program;
  • Volunteered speakers who are not selected for oral presentations may be requested to present their research as a poster;
  • RAU: The oral presentations will be divided into two thematic sessions, each lasting 45 minutes. Each session will include 3 oral presentations, with a presentation time of 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions for each abstract;
  • We don´t provide a template for oral presentations.
