Poster Presentation

  • Documents and posters must bewritten in English;
  • The presenters must stand by their poster during the assigned period to be eligible for receiving thepresentation certificate;
  • Posters must be printed 120 cm high and 90 cm wide, with strings – they will be held by a tripod (See the panel structure);
  • Please bring your printed poster with you to the registration desk on the morning of the presentation day; 
  • Your poster will remain on display in the Sirius reception area for the duration of the workshop;
  • We provide a poster template for presentations. Its use is optional.

Oral Presentation

  • Presentations will be live, including questions;
  • Depending on the number of abstracts submitted for oral presentation, the scientific committee may select a subset that best fits within the meeting program;
  • Volunteered speakers who are not selected for oral presentations may be requested to present their research as a poster;
  • RAU: The oral presentations will be divided into three thematic sessions, each lasting 1 hour. Each session will include 4 oral presentations, with a presentation time of 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions for each abstract;
  • 2nd PRESSYNC: The oral presentations will last for 20 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions for each abstract (20+5min). The Flash Talk presentations will last for 3 minutes;
  • 3rd SMX: The oral presentations will last for 15 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions for each abstract (10+3min);
  • 2nd H2MAT: The oral presentations will last for 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions for each abstract (10+5min);
  • We provide a template for oral presentations. Its use is optional.
