If you experience any problem during the payment process please contact the organization (<a href=\"mailto:eventos@cnpem.br\">eventos@cnpem.br<\/a>).\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Registration fee includes<\/strong>\u00a0all Plenary, Parallel sessions and Poster session, Conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches on 22nd, 23rd and 24th.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Payment <\/strong>should be done<strong>\u00a0until September 30<sup>th<\/sup>, 2017<\/strong>, just after the notification of accepted oral or poster presentations.\u00a0Payment must be done by credit card.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Cancellation and refunds<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Any changes and cancellations must be pre-notified in writing to the workshop secretary by email (<\/span><a href=\"mailto:eventos@cnpem.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span lang=\"en-US\">eventos@cnpem.br<\/span><\/a><span lang=\"en-US\">). Registration fees will be refunded (50% of the amount paid) for cancellations made on or before <strong>October 31<\/strong><\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\"><sup>st<\/sup><\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\"><strong>, 2017<\/strong>. Cancellations made after this date are not refundable.
