Graduado, mestre e doutor em F\u00edsica pelo Instituto de F\u00edsica \u201cGleb Wataghin\u201d da Universidade Estadual de Campinas (IFGW-Unicamp), realizou est\u00e1gios de p\u00f3s-doutorado em ci\u00eancia de materiais no CNPEM e em nanoeletr\u00f4nica na Technische Universit\u00e4t Chemnitz (Alemanha). Foi pesquisador visitante na Heinrich-Heine-Universit\u00e4t D\u00fcsseldorf (Alemanha). Atua nas \u00e1reas de f\u00edsica do estado s\u00f3lido, f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmica e sensores, com \u00eanfase em caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica de filmes finos e sistemas moleculares aplicados \u00e0 micro e nanoeletr\u00f4nica.
