Abstract Submissions

Registrations and abstract submissions are made on the same application form. Here you can previously check the fields required to submit your abstract to present your research in a poster or oral presentation.

  • Abstract must be submitted and presented by the same author. 
  • Only one abstract contribution may be submitted by each presenter.
  • The Scientific Committee will evaluate the abstracts and assign the final format oral or poster to be presented.
  • The event official language is English. All information, content, and presentations must be performed in this language.

Important: abstract submission is optional for participation.

  • To submit your abstract, you will find fields below to enter the following information about your abstract:
    • Title
    • Authors + Institution
    • Corresponding Author’s E-mail
    • Body (Maximum 2500 characters with spaces)
    • References (optional)
    • Acknowledgments (optional)
    • Keywords (optional)
    • Comments (optional)

Note: images or files are not accepted by the form and no template is necessary at this step.
