Information for Participants

Initially, the V Proteomics Workshop was planned to be carried out only at the LNLS Storage Ring Auditorium with limited capacity for 110 people seated. However, due to the large number of applications, the Organizing Committee hired a live stream service. Thereby, the workshop lectures will also be displayed in another auditorium at the CNPEM campus.

The first one hundred participants arriving at the CNPEM Campus will attend the event at the LNLS Storage Ring Auditorium, the other ones are going to watch the broadcast of the event´s lectures in the CTBE Auditorium. The participants who attend to the lectures by live stream will be able to make questions and to talk to the speakers during the coffee breaks. All the participants will receive the participation certificates.

How to apply

• The applicant should fill the registration form that is available on the application page;
• The registration period is from 11th August  to 15th September;
• Thereafter, all the received forms will be evaluated by the organizing committee;
• On 22^nd September, the accepted applicants list will be published on this website and notifications of acceptance will be sent by email to the selected applicants;
• The V Proteomics Workshop does not have a registration fee.

Selection of applicants

• Attendance is limited and registration is required;
• Registrations will be accepted based on the following selection criteria:(i) Completed Postdoctoral’s Degree;(ii) Incompleted Postdoctoral’s Degree;
  (iii) Completed Doctoral’s Degree;
  (iv) Incompleted Doctoral’s Degree;
  (v) User of Mass Spectrometry Laboratory, LNBio
  (vi) Number of published or accepted manuscripts

General Information

• The lectures are going to be held in the Brazilian Synchrotron Light Laboratory Auditorium;
• There is no grant to transport, accommodation and meals;
• There is a restaurant at the CNPEM Campus. The lunch is R$ 10,30. There are also snack options;
• The Workshops official language is English;
• The Workshop certificates are going to be available after the last talk.
