The Brazilian Synchrotron Light Laboratory (LNLS) 24th Annual Users Meeting (RAU) took place on 11th and 12th of March, 2014, at Vitória Concept hotel in Campinas, SPCheck the detailed schedule here.

The RAU has the objective of encouraging debates, the exchange of experiences and to consolidate the LNLS user’s community. It is an important forum for discussion, evaluation and presentation of proposals for the improvement of the research structures and of the scientific instrumentation of the Synchrotron Source. It is an opportunity for the exchange of information about the research carried out in the installations. With the ground break of Sirius, the new Brazilian synchrotron, the participation of the scientific community become essential in order to describe their needs in present and what are their expectations on the new machine. The RAU is the ideal place to foster this debate.
