Limited to 24 participants – Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Shared double room: 7.800,00 (BRL)

Includes

1. Event participation:

• Registration

• Meals (lunches, dinners, get together and coffee breaks during the event)

• Certificate of attendance (minimum 75% participation required)

2. Accommodation & Transportation:

• Shared double room lodging at Eco-resort Refúgio Cheiro de Mato

• Shuttle service:

• Round-trip transfers from Guarulhos Airport (GRU) to the venue

Note: Transfers are collective (group shuttle) with fixed schedules based on participants’ flight times. Some waiting time at the airport may be inevitable depending on the group’s arrival/departure windows.

• Transportation for visits to LNNano and Sirius facilities in Campinas (schedule to be announced)

Payment conditions

• All prices with Brazilian taxes included.

• For wire transfer, costs must be payable in full without deduction of any bank charges. All transfer charges, bank collection fees and finance charges are payable by the participants.

• Any changes and cancellations must be pre-notified in writing by email to eventos@cnpem.br.
• Registration fees will be refunded, considering the deduction of the following administrative fees:
  • 10% on payments made by credit card and bank slip plus applicable taxes and fees related to the refund financial transaction;
  • 40% on payments made by international bank transfer (invoice) plus applicable taxes and fees related to the refund financial transaction.

• Refunds will be made by credit card or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method after deduction of bank expenses and handling costs.
• No refunds for cancellations made after September 17th, 2025
