font_container=&#8221;tag:h4|text_align:left|color:%23ffffff&#8221; google_fonts=&#8221;font_family:Fjalla%20One%3Aregular|font_style:400%20regular%3A400%3Anormal&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Round trip, economic class, from\/to the nearest international airport in your country, following the dates to attend the event from July 3rd to 15th, 2023 (considering 1-2 days before the event starts according to flight\/cost availability). <u>Under no circumstances the dates of the flights will be advanced or postponed<\/u>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A travel agency hired by CNPEM (the name will be provided to you in advance*) will check the most favorable route, according to the specifics of the event and its location and will contact you by March 30th to confirm the issuance of your air ticket.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*<em>Do not provide your personal details to other companies not informed to you by eventos@cnpem.br, or get in touch with us in case you have any doubt regarding third parties asking for your info in name of CNPEM.<\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Shuttle transfers&#8221; the transportation will be arranged for the group according to the flight arrivals (bear in mind you might be spending some time at the airport, up to ~5hours); if your arrival did not fit in any transportation scheduled, we will send instructions on how to get Campinas by bus and you will get the reimbursement at the venue;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">In Campinas city: daily transfer between SPSAS\u00b4s hotel and CNPEM;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">To the technical visits within the program of the event;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Return: from the hotel (or CNPEM) to Sao Paulo International Airport (GRU) (\u2248 120 km).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Hotel accommodation&#8221;
