title=&#8221;Abstract Submission&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;submission&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20&#8243;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;3\/5&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Abstract must be\u00a0<strong>submitted<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>presented<\/strong>\u00a0by the same\u00a0<strong>author.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Only\u00a0<strong>one<\/strong> abstract contribution may be submitted by each presenter.<\/li>\n<li>The Scientific Committee will\u00a0<strong>evaluate<\/strong>\u00a0the abstracts, select and assign the format to be presented, either <strong>oral communications<\/strong> or <strong>flash talks<\/strong>, depending on topical fit and time constraints.<\/li>\n<li>The Organizing Committee considers the withdrawal of an abstract, after it has been accepted and advertised, as\u00a0<strong>highly nonprofessional<\/strong>\u00a0(except in special circumstances).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;2\/5&#8243;][vc_column_text]On the Registration Form, you will find fields (boxes) to enter the following information about your abstract:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Title<\/li>\n<li>Authors + Institution<\/li>\n<li>Corresponding Author\u2019s E-mail<\/li>\n<li>Body (Maximum 2000 characters with space)<\/li>\n<li>References (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledgements (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Keywords (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Comments (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: images or files are not accepted by the form and no template is necessary at this step.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=&#8221;fas fa-lightbulb&#8221; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221; title=&#8221;Presentation Types&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;presentation&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20&#8243;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<em><strong>Flash Talks<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Presenters are invited to give an <strong>overview<\/strong> of the research by <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>recording a video<\/strong><\/span> (.mp4) in <strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">up to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">2 minutes<\/span><\/span>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Use <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>1\u00a0slide<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0to support you speech.\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>special slide template<\/strong> will be provided by the organization after concluding the selection of abstracts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong><em>\u00a0Oral Presentations<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Participants are invited to contribute abstracts for oral presentations of their research related to the program theme;<\/li>\n<li>Oral presentations will be a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #800080;\"><strong>live stream<\/strong><\/span> session with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #800080;\"><strong>12 minutes<\/strong><\/span> in length, <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>including questions<\/strong><\/span>;<\/li>\n<li>Depending on the number of abstracts submitted for oral presentation, the organizing committee may select a subset that best fits within the meeting program;<\/li>\n<li>Volunteered participants who are not selected for oral presentations may be requested to present their research as a Flash Talk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=&#8221;fas fa-language&#8221;
