Food and Transportation
Included Meals:
- During the event days, participants will receive lunch at the campus restaurant and snacks during the breaks (coffee breaks), all included in the registration fee for the Workshop;
- For dinner, participants can choose from a wide variety of restaurants and bars in the Barão Geraldo district, delivery apps, as well as several supermarkets;
- CNPEM’s restaurant also offers breakfast, which can be purchased separately.
Transportation:
- Shuttle buses will be available for participants staying in the Barão Geraldo District, with predetermined stops along the route. Please check the departure times and itinerary for both the outbound and return trips below:
- The estimated travel time is 30 to 35 minutes based on the distances;
- We recommend that all participants arrive at the designated reference points on the itinerary at least 10 minutes in advance.
Hotel partnerships for the 21st BWSP
