The registrations and submissions of resumes for those interested in financial benefit should be sent up until the 30th of September 2012.
The concession of benefits is connected to the authorship of the work to be presented during the Meeting and is subject to the amount of resources approved by the development agencies of the RAU. The announcement of the beneficiaries should occur by the middle of January 2013 or as soon as we receive the approval of the resources.
The registrations without a benefit request should be made up until the 14th of December, 2012. The submissions of resumes without the same request will be accepted until the 11th of November, 2012. Both actions must be carried out via the User Portal.

Payment: Participants from abroad can make payment on the 26th of February at the reception desk of the event. Dollar, peso, etc. will not be acceptable, only Brazilian currency (Real – R$) or credit card. The amount to be paid at the reception desk will depend on the date of registration made through the Portal (this option is only valid for participants from abroad)
