Viracopos Int Airport (VCP)
- Viracopos International Airport (VCP), also known as “Campinas Airport,” is located near the city of Campinas.
- Shuttle buses operate between VCP Airport and the Campinas Bus Terminal (called “Terminal Multimodal Ramos de Azevedo”). Tickets are available at the “Lirabus” booth located in front of Domestic Arrivals. Tickets to Campinas cost approximately R$ 14 each*. The bus schedule is available on the company’s website (select “Viracopos”). The bus journey from VCP Airport to Campinas Bus Terminal (20 km) takes about 40 minutes.
Guarulhos Int Airport (GRU)
- Governor André Franco Montoro Airport, also known as “Cumbica Airport,” is the airport where most international participants arrive.
- It is located in the city of Guarulhos, less than 60 minutes from downtown São Paulo, and about two hours from Campinas by bus or car.
- Shuttle buses operate between Guarulhos Airport and the Campinas Bus Terminal (called “Terminal Multimodal Ramos de Azevedo”). Tickets are available at the “Lirabus” booth located in Terminal 2, near the main parking lot. Tickets to Campinas cost approximately R$ 35 each*. The bus schedule is available on the company’s website (select “Cumbica (Guarulhos)”). The bus journey from Guarulhos Airport to Campinas Bus Terminal (120 km) takes about two hours and thirty minutes.

Cancellation Policies
- Any changes and cancellations must be pre-notified in writing by email to eventos@cnpem.br.
- Registration fees will be refunded 80% of the amount paid for cancellations made before July 11, 2025.
- Refunds will be made by credit card or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method after the deduction of bank expenses and handling costs.
- No refunds for cancellations made after July 11, 2025.
