The objectives of CTBE are to develop research and high-end innovation products based on sugar cane and its biomass, dedicated to the production of energy, in particular of sugar cane bioethanol. The Laboratory is part of a singular environment of facilities, which makes it capable of developing and transferring processes from the scientific medium straight to the productive sector.
