The 3rd annual AgroEnviro Workshop – Rhizosphere and Hyphosphere Processes Affecting Phosphorus, Carbon, and Nutrient Cycling – will be held from 5-6 October, 2022 and is promoted by the Brazilian Synchrotron Light Laboratory (LNLS) of the Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM) in Campinas-SP, in Brazil.
The LNLS/CNPEM AgroEnviro Workshop brings together diverse scientists with interest and expertise on topics of critical importance to the sustainability of agriculture and environmental stewardship. It will focus on rhizosphere and hyphosphere biogeochemical processes that affect cycling of soil phosphorus, carbon, and other nutrients.
The workshop objectives are to reveal critical gaps in mechanistic knowledge about the soil-rhizosphere-plant root system, and to enlighten the audience to ongoing and potential uses of synchrotron techniques at Sirius for scientific discoveries that help fill these knowledge gaps.
