GENERAL INFORMATION

The school will be held at the Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM), located at Rua Giuseppe Máximo Scolfaro, 10.000 – Polo II de Alta Tecnologia de Campinas, Campinas/SP, Brazil, CEP 13083-100. For directions and additional information.

Most of the lectures will be held in Portuguese; however, the event will feature presentations by foreign researchers, thereby English knowledge is essential. Applicants may submit the required documents in both English or Portuguese.

The event is limited to 20 participants to foster meaningful interactions.

In the registration form, participants may indicate their interest in receiving financial assistance for accommodation, however, candidates must be aware that indicating the interest does not automatically guarantee the granting of assistance.

• All requests will be evaluated according to the financial availability of the event.
• Only master’s, or doctoral students will be eligible for assistance.
• There will be a selection process by the organizing committee, and those selected will be notified by email.
• Those receiving accommodation assistance will be allocated a double-room with a person of the same gender. 
• Up to 5 nights of accommodation per participant will be covered.
  
• Lunch and coffee breaks will be offered free of charge to all the event attendants during the course.
