General Guidelines for the Flash Talks

  • FLASH TALKS

    • Attendees will present their ongoing research during the event.
    • Flash Talk presenters will have 15 minutes for their presentation, followed by 5-10 minutes discussion. Please ensure your presentation remains within the time limit.
    • The presentation content should provide an overview of your research, including background, conclusions, and future research directions.
    • Your presentation can be freely held either in English or Portuguese.
    • Presentation must be sent by May 2nd. Email address provided via guidance email.
    • Only MS PowerPoint PPT / PPTX files and PDF files will be accepted.
    • Please prepare your slides in a standard 16:9 aspect ratio, and 16 points minimum font size.
    • CLICK HERE to download a template to be used on the top of the presentations. It is recommended to use it, but not mandatory.
