1 – Includes: access to scientific sessions and exhibition, refreshments, conference banquet, lunch, welcome refreshment, visit to Sirius facilities, certificate of attendance and virtual participation.
2 – Includes: remote access to scientific sessions and exhibition.
  • Students are considered graduate or PhD students.
  • Proof of status, including the supervisor contact, university documents proving the student status, may be requested by the Organization.

Students attending the SAS 2022 Conference will be exempt of paying the registration fee of the 7th School of SAXS.

Payment Conditions

  • All prices with Brazilian taxes included.
  • For wire transfer, costs must be payable in full without deduction of any bank charges. All transfer charges, bank collection fees and finance charges are payable by the participants.

Confirmation & Invoice

  • As soon as the registration is concluded, participants can access and download the Pro-forma invoice at the ConfTool system.
  • Official invoice will be generated automatically by the Conftool system upon the first day of the conference. Participants can access and download the document by the online system.

Cancellation Policies

  • Any changes and cancellations must be pre-notified in writing by email to eventos@cnpem.br.
  • Registration fees will be refunded 80% of the amount paid for cancellations made before August 1st 2022.
  • Refunds will be made by credit card or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method after deduction of bank expenses and handling costs.
  • No refunds for cancellations made after August 2nd 2022.
