Registration process

Registrations are open for WIRMS 2019 from February 25th to August 23rd

The registration process and abstract submission should be managed using the Galoá Science System

Registration fee

Early bird registration: March 22nd to July 31st, 2019 R$ 1.790,00
Standard registration: August 1st to 23rd, 2019 R$ 2.050,00
Student registration:  March 22nd to August 23rd, 2019 R$ 1.250,00

Registration fee includes:

  • Access to 4 days of scientific programme (from Tuesday to Friday) and coffee breaks
  • Welcome reception, Sirius facility tour and lunch on Monday, in Campinas, SP
  • Transportation from Vitoria Hotel to Sirius; from Sirius to the event venue (Itamambuca/Ubatuba) and return to São Paulo Airport (GRU) and/or Campinas Airport (VCP)
  • Poster Session refreshments (Tuesday), Conference Dinner ticket (Wednesday) and Tropical Cocktail Party ticket (Thursday)

Accompanying person

March 22nd to August 23rd, 2019 R$ 700,00 

Accompanying person fee includes

  • Welcome reception, Sirius facility tour and lunch on Monday, Sep 23rd 2019, in Campinas, SP
  • Conference dinner ticket (Wednesday) and Tropical Cocktail Party ticket (Thursday) at the venue, Eco Resort Itamambuca/Ubatuba (coffee breaks are not included)

Not included: scientific program and coffee breaks; please advise the organisers if you are planning to bring children to the evening events

Information about boat trip excursion will be available soon.

Cancellation and refunds

Registration fees will be refunded partially for cancellations made on or before Sep 12, 2019 as mentioned below. Cancellations made after this date are not refundable. Refunds will be made by credit card or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method.

until August 23: 80% of the registration fee
until September 12: 40% of the registration fee
From September 12: 0% of the registration fee

 

Any changes and cancellations must be pre-notified in writing by email to eventos@cnpem.br.

Places are transferable without any charge, but notification must be received in writing up to 10 days before the event.
