- Abstract must be submitted and presented by the same author.
- Scientific Committee will evaluate the abstracts according to topical fit and time constraints.
- All submitted abstracts will be evaluated and notified by e-mail, if accepted.
- The Organizing Committee considers the withdrawal of an abstract, after it has been accepted and advertised, as highly nonprofessional (except in special circumstances).
