The event

The XI Proteomics Workshop is promoted by the Brazilian Biosciences National Laboratory (LNBio), and hosted by the Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM), a social organization from the Brazilian Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation. Due to the uncertainty of the continuous COVID-19 pandemic, and the success of the remote edition in 2021, the organizing committee will promote the event fully remote and online.

From November 16th until the 18th, 2022, participants will be meeting the program, comprising classes ministered by experts in the field of Omics Data Analysis. They can also participate in the virtual Flash Talks

The XI Proteomics Workshop registration will be free, and the event will be online through Zoom.

In the face-to-face editions, over nine years, nearly 1,500 people signed up.
In 2021, the online edition of the workshop gathered over 390 participants, and 69% of attendees’ feedback preferred that the following proteomics events happen online.

Throughout the years, the Proteomics Workshop, offered by CNPEM, achieved high recognition as an event of excellence in mass spectrometry and proteomics.

This edition will cover large-scale quantitative proteomics, post-translational modifications, structural proteomics, targeted proteomics, immunopeptidomics, metaproteomics, and single-cell proteomics. The topics will be addressed in 50-min lectures with time for Q&A and flash talks.

Why participate?

This meeting represents a training opportunity for current and future users of proteomics and mass spectrometry. Following the example of the previous editions, held in the last nine years, the workshop also promotes the interaction between Brazilian and international researchers and dissemination of knowledge in the scientific community.

How much will I invest?

The XI Proteomics Workshop registration is free. The event is 100% online.
